1. What Ghost St. is — and is not
Ghost St. ("the Service"), operated by Origin 22 LLC, is a research desk: research, monitoring and analytics on public data, with paper trading. No order you place on a paper account is executed in any live market. If you link your own bank or brokerage, the Service reads it, and any order you send goes to your own broker only after you preview and confirm it.
Ghost St. is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, investment adviser, or exchange. We do not accept deposits for trading, we do not manage customer funds for investment, and nothing on the Service is investment advice.
2. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
3. Acceptable use
- One person (or one controlling entity) per account. No account sharing or sale.
- No use of the Service where prohibited by law.
4. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." Research, simulated and paper results do not predict real trading results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Origin 22 LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
5. Changes, termination, governing law
We may update these terms with notice via the Service; continued use constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the state of organization of Origin 22 LLC.
