Account and sign-in
Is my Ghost St. account the same as my Ghost Flow account?
Yes. Ghost St. and Ghost Flow share one login and one usage balance, so the email and password you use for one work for the other.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, enter your email, then choose "Forgot password". We'll email you a reset link. It works for both Ghost St. and Ghost Flow.
Plans and billing
What does each plan include?
Free, Pro ($29 a month) and Desk ($99 a month). Pro includes $29 of usage every month and Desk includes $99, on monthly and annual billing alike. The full list of limits is on pricing.
What uses my included usage?
Planning and rolling up a research swarm, Ghost's thesis walkthroughs, and plugins or scenes Ghost writes for you. Reading the data itself (prediction markets, filings, macro series, crypto prices) doesn't use any of it.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Email zach@origin22.com from the address you subscribed with and say what you'd like. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to Free.
I was charged and can't get in yet.
Paid members are first in line for beta invites. If you haven't had yours within a day of paying, write to us with the email you used at checkout and we'll sort it out.
Data and sources
Where does the data come from?
Free, public sources: Kalshi and Polymarket for prediction markets, SEC EDGAR for Form 4 insider trades and 13F fund holdings, congressional disclosures, FRED and the World Bank for macro data, IMF PortWatch for shipping, and Coinbase for crypto prices.
Every finding on the board links its source and keeps the source's own date, so you can check it.
Why are there no US stock quotes?
Showing live stock quotes needs a licensed display feed, which Ghost St. doesn't have yet. Until it does, stock quotes stay off on every plan. Crypto and prediction-market prices stay live.
Are the odds Ghost's predictions?
No. Odds are prices set by traders on each venue. Ghost reports them; it doesn't forecast them.
Something on the board looks wrong.
Open the source link on the card first: it shows exactly what the venue or filing said and when. If the card doesn't match its source, email us the question you asked and a screenshot.
Watchlists and alerts
What can I watch?
Coins (with a level above or below), stocks (new SEC filings, Form 4 insider trades and 13F holdings), and prediction markets (an alert when an outcome moves 5 points). Say "track this" after a swarm or thesis to watch everything it used.
How often are alerts checked?
Hourly on Free, every 5 minutes on Pro and every minute on Desk. Filings and disclosures can only be as fresh as the source publishes them; 13F holdings, for example, are quarterly.
Paper desk
Can I trade real money?
No. Every order on Ghost St. is paper trading with pretend money. No real orders are placed and Ghost St. never holds your money.
Privacy and security
What do you do with my data?
The privacy policy covers what we collect and why. To delete your account, email us from the address on it.

Please email zach@origin22.com with "Security" in the subject and the steps to reproduce it. Don't access other people's data while testing.
